Yawing lightly as he walked and still half asleep, Fabian made his way out of the Ravenclaw dorms and to breakfast. Robes were dragging along the ground and taking some dust with it, but at lest they were different to the ones he had one the previous day, if a size too big.
Opening his eyes as the doors of the Hall came into sight Fabian stretched before reaching out an arm, shoving a door open and walking inside, letting it swing back behind him. It was still quite early so most tables only had a few students sat at them, although there was one particular student that the Ravenclaw was after. Not seeing him Fabian wondered over to the Ravenclaw table and grabbed three pieces of toast before sitting down with some Slytherins.
It was going to be another long day full of lessons, not even any good ones so Fabian was going to make sure he had enough energy to get through it. Sure Fabian liked most of the subjects he was forced to take but half the time the professor seemed just as bored teaching them as the students were listening to them.
It had been a while since Fabian had talked to Adrian and so now was out to catch up with him, if he ever got here, and after Fabian had made a point of getting up early to make sure he didn’t miss the guy. Now he had until Fabian had finish eating toast to get here or he would leave and at the rate Fabian was eating that wouldn’t take too long. It was just luckily that he enjoyed eating so even if the toast went something else would follow. There was a short pause in stuffing his face with toast to down some pumpkin juice before taking another bite of toast and gazing around the hall for Adrian again.

Patience, he'd been taught, was a virtue.
Of course, generally, one meant this statement to express a distaste for impatience in another person, mostly caused by yet another person. However, this morning, Adrian found himself losing patience with time. Now, it wasn't an entirely new concept. Quite often people lost interest in things because they took too long to come about, not particularly people in specific terms. Still, he knew once he woke up at two that morning that patience would not come easily. Attempting to stare at a clock to pass time was never a good option, nor the ceiling or any inanimate object settling about the room, not even the other occupants sleeping soundly in their peaceful little beds.. How he'd been aggravated with them. Why did their bodies allow them sleep and not his own?
Stupid, it was..
Annoying, too.
Nevertheless, Adrian continued to do nothing of importance, yet nothing too noticeable to wake anyone, for three more hours, until his clock snapped to five. How annoying. He was already dressed, of course, slight bags under his eyes as he yawned. He didn't much bother saying anything if anyone was waking at such a time, just went right out of the door, through the waking common room, and into the corridors. He needed sleep.. a nap, maybe. Definitely. He'd have to take one later, though, of course. After all, falling asleep out in the middle of the hall made no particular sense. He mumbled lightly to himself as he ran his hands through his hair, snapping at a few passing first years to either hurry up or get the hell out of his way. Was he in a bad mood? Not particularly. He just didn't like being held up even more so than his slow feet caused him. Besides, they were loitering and slow, and he didn't like them, so why the crap not?
He wasn't in Slytherin for nothing..
Being mean to first years was practically in the job description.
The Great Hall, he was happy to see, was more empty than usual. Of course, it was still moderately early in the morning, so that came of no surprise.. As low eyes lazily etched the room about him, he caught glance of Fabian, sitting along with some Slytherins. What a strange kid.. Still, that just made him all the more entertaining, and that was something Adrian definitely needed at the moment. Something to wake him up. After all, he wasn't exactly going to go and drink some nasty-crap coffee just for some energy when Fabian could so easily give him some of his own. Running a hand through his hair once again, he gave a last glance around before he slunk over to slip beside Fabian. He made to greet him with a mumbled hello as he attempted to lean his elbow on the table.. which he missed and promptly slammed his cheek against the wooden table.
He paused, and considered turning his half-formed 'hello' into an audible 'owwwww'.
But he was way too lazy.

Between eating Fabian managed to fit in half a conversation with the Slytherin sitting next to him, a wide grin across his face until said Slytherin left at which point the went back to stuffing his face. With a banana to be precise, seeing how much he could fit in his mouth at once, a perhaps unsurprisingly large amount when you think how big the Ravenclaws gob is. But there was only so much food that even he could consume before getting full, and lacking someone to talk to Fabian grabbed a drink of pumpkin juice and gulped it down, followed by a rather large belch. Needless to say, table manners were an unknown quality to him.
Looking around Fabian stood up when he saw a familiar person walk into the Hall, moving slowly between the tables until slumping beside him. Fabian held back a laugh and just bit his lower lip, a wide grin still visible on his face as he gave a friendly slap on Adrian’s back. “Rough night?” Fabian asked giving him a side glance while taking a sip from his drink and placing it down in front of him. “Seriously, you look half dead, mate. I seen ghost that look more alive.” Not that any of that would make Adrian feel any better, Fabian had a habit of stating the obvious and speaking without think what he was going to say through.
“Here.” Fabian said sliding over a cup of coffee to the Slytherin, and if Adrian didn’t want it Fabian would have it, no sense in letting it go to waste. If the guy ever woke up then Fabian was hoping to get some gossip of what been happening with the guy, it felt like ages since they had really spoken.
